Terms of Use

1. The Service

MIRA provides AI-generated strategic account plans for B2B sales professionals ("the Service"). By submitting a plan request and completing payment, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. What You Get

Each purchase entitles you to one (1) 24-slide PowerPoint account plan for the account specified in your form submission. The plan is delivered to the email address you provide, typically within 24 working hours of payment.

The Starter plan ($49) includes AI-generated content, quality-checked before delivery. The Professional plan ($99) additionally includes review and improvement by a senior sales strategist before delivery.

3. Quality Guarantee

Before processing your payment, MIRA runs an automated quality check on the account you have specified. If our research determines that insufficient publicly available data exists to generate a quality plan, we will notify you and you will not be charged. This quality check is our guarantee that every plan delivered meets a minimum standard of intelligence and specificity.

If a plan is delivered and you believe it does not meet the standard described, contact us at hello@miraplan.io within 7 days of delivery. We will review and, where appropriate, regenerate or refund.

4. Your Responsibilities

MIRA generates content based on publicly available information and AI analysis. You are responsible for:

• Verifying all content before presenting it to management, customers, or colleagues
• Reviewing and updating any items tagged [INFERRED] with your own knowledge
• Confirming contact details before using them for outreach
• Ensuring the plan reflects your actual account situation before presenting
• Using the plan in compliance with your employer's policies and applicable laws

MIRA is a planning tool, not a source of verified business intelligence. Treat it as a strong first draft that requires your professional judgment and knowledge to finalise.

5. Intellectual Property

The account plan generated for you is licensed for your personal professional use. You may:

• Use the plan internally within your organisation
• Present it to your management, colleagues, or customers
• Modify it to reflect your own knowledge and judgment

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the plan or its content
• Present the plan as your own original research to clients for commercial gain
• Use the plan to train AI models or build competing services
• Share your login or access with others for the purpose of circumventing per-plan pricing

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MIRA only for legitimate B2B sales planning purposes. You may not use the Service to:

• Generate plans for accounts where you do not have a legitimate business relationship or sales purpose
• Gather competitive intelligence for purposes other than your own sales planning
• Circumvent any data protection or privacy obligations you have to your employer or customers
• Conduct any unlawful activity

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. By completing payment, you authorise the charge for the selected plan.

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

• The quality check determines insufficient data exists and you were charged in error
• The plan was not delivered within 48 working hours with no communication from us
• You contact us within 7 days of delivery and the plan materially fails to meet the described standard

Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind after a quality plan has been delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

MIRA provides account plans as a planning aid. We make no warranties that the content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. Your use of the plan is at your own professional discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIRA's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
