Terms of Use

1. The Service

MIRA provides AI-generated strategic account plans for B2B sales professionals ("the Service"). By submitting a plan request and completing payment, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. What You Get

Each purchase entitles you to one (1) strategic account plan for the account specified in your form submission, delivered to the email address you provide, typically within about 15 minutes of payment.

The Starter plan ($39) includes the 27-slide internal strategic account plan — account and stakeholder research, competitive insights, buying process, and recommended next actions, as an editable PowerPoint. The Pro plan ($59) includes everything in Starter, plus a 13-slide proposed success plan written for the client: a proposal for discussion, not a record of anything the client has agreed. A Team pack of ten Pro plans is available from $490, redeemed by your team over twelve months on a single invoice — contact us for details.

MIRA is a fully automated service. No person reviews or edits your plan before it's sent — see Section 4 below on why that makes checking the plan your responsibility, and how the plan itself flags what's confirmed research versus reasoned inference.

3. Quality Guarantee — "Not right? We'll fix it."

Before you pay, the chat checks that your answers are specific enough to build a useful plan and asks you to sharpen any that are too thin. Account research runs after payment; where public information about the account is limited, the plan says so openly rather than filling gaps with invented facts.

If you are not happy with a delivered plan, reply to the delivery email or write to hello@miraplan.io within 7 days and tell us what is wrong. You choose what happens next: we will either rerun the plan once, free of charge, with the correction applied, or refund you in full. You do not have to justify the request or complete a form.

4. Your Responsibilities

MIRA generates content based on publicly available information and AI analysis, with no human review step before delivery. You are responsible for:

• Verifying all content before presenting it to management, customers, or colleagues
• Reviewing and updating any items tagged [INFERRED] with your own knowledge — this tag marks a reasoned assumption, not confirmed research
• Confirming contact details before using them for outreach
• Ensuring the plan reflects your actual account situation before presenting
• Using the plan in compliance with your employer's policies and applicable laws

MIRA is a planning tool, not a source of verified business intelligence. Treat it as a strong first draft that requires your professional judgment and knowledge to finalise.

5. Intellectual Property

The account plan(s) generated for you are licensed for your personal professional use. You may:

• Use the plan internally within your organisation
• Present it to your management, colleagues, or customers
• Modify it to reflect your own knowledge and judgment

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the plan or its content
• Present the plan as your own original research to clients for commercial gain
• Use the plan to train AI models or build competing services
• Share your login or access with others for the purpose of circumventing per-plan pricing

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MIRA only for legitimate B2B sales planning purposes. You may not use the Service to:

• Generate plans for accounts where you do not have a legitimate business relationship or sales purpose
• Gather competitive intelligence for purposes other than your own sales planning
• Circumvent any data protection or privacy obligations you have to your employer or customers
• Conduct any unlawful activity

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. By completing payment, you authorise the charge for the selected plan.

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

• The plan was not delivered within 24 hours and we have not contacted you about the delay
• A Pro purchase did not include both decks and we did not deliver the missing deck within 24 hours
• The Quality Guarantee in Section 3 applies and we could not correct the plan to your satisfaction

Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind after a quality plan has been delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

MIRA provides account plans as a planning aid. We make no warranties that the content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. Your use of the plan is at your own professional discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIRA's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
